Gabrielle is a Los Angeles based piano, violin, and viola lessons teacher. She studied music and psychology at the University of Maine and graduated in 2015 with her Bachelors degree. While studying in college, she played in several orchestras, symphonies, and chamber groups. When internationally-recognized pop/classical group, Il Divo, came to town, they chose her to perform violin with them!
Gabrielle moved to Los Angeles in 2015 to continue her education. She’s been teaching private lessons for The Schuler Music Studio ever since! Currently working on her Masters degree in social work, Gabrielle uses a therapeutic approach with her students in her piano and strings lessons. She’s passionate about seeing her students unleash their creativity and patiently guides them as they learn. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Gabrielle loves working with students of all ages and abilities. She has a special knack for introducing the fundamentals of music in a fun and supportive way. As a result, her students adore her and grow by leaps and bounds in their lessons with her!
Hometown: I grew up in Bangor, Maine.
Musical Influences: My favorite violinists are Joshua Bell, Itzak Perlman, and David Garrett.

Favorite non-musical hobby, past-time or activity: I love to go to the beach and ride my bike.
