A New Jersey native but with strong family ties to the Bahamas and Quebec, Paris has been a professional musician for over 15 years. He has also taught private music lessons for almost 10 years! After earning his BA from Rutgers University, Paris began teaching private music lessons in New Jersey. He additionally coached marching band drum lines and percussion in schools there. In 2017, Paris moved to Los Angeles. He became a proud member of The Schuler Music Studio, teaching drums, piano, guitar, ukulele and bass lessons.
Paris grew up surrounded by rock ‘n roll in a very musical household. He harnesses that eclectic music background and puts it to work in the lessons he teaches. Each lesson he teaches is substantive and well-rounded as well as a lot of fun! In addition to teaching, Paris is an active professional drummer, gigging multiple nights a week. His biggest passion in life is making music and sharing his love of music with his students and with the world!
