Blend, scratch, make beats on turntables… Your child will get to do all this and more as they unleash their inner DJ in our DJ group classes in Los Angeles! The exciting world of DJ music is opening up more and more, and we’re thrilled to offer this exciting opportunity to our students to be a part of it!

Just like playing the piano or the guitar, DJing is an art-form, and our group classes are all about learning this instrument! By examining the components and deconstructing how they work together to create music, our students gain hands-on experience that’s creative, engaging and incredibly rewarding. In our classes, students learn how to use professional DJ equipment (turntables, mixers, software) to create a beautiful, balanced sound experience. In addition to teaching DJ skills and technique, we also focus on developing each student’s artist identity and performance skills. The result? Our students become confident, strong, creative DJ artists!

Perfect for kids 8 years old and up, our weekly 90 min. DJ classes are held at our Sherman Oaks location. Class sizes are kept small to ensure that students receive a lot of one-on-one attention as well as have opportunities to build friendships with their classmates and to explore different musical styles.
